Field Discipline/Knowledge Highlights
- Attended and participated in multi-week "Flipping the Classroom" workshop during Summer 2016. We met 8 times and discussed topics such as creating videos, incorporating active learning activities in class, and designing the flipped classroom successfully.
- Presented at UMATYC and AMATYC local and national conferences (2014): "Working Together to Create a Successful Flipped Classroom"
- Attended many workshops/presentations at the UMATYC and AMATYC conferences (2014). (See "Professional Activity" Tab for summary)
- Collaborated with colleague on creation of daily Math 1050 "Group Worksheets" for the Hybrid Math 1050 course.
- Contributed to the review of MyOpenMath homework issues, as related to Math 1050 content and objectives.
